The place was immaculately clean and fantastic, had very helpful stuff with duty manager. I was there for 9 nights and ate at outdoor restaurant for lunch and dinner. My stay was excellent value for money.

Facilities were very nice, nevertheless Wi-Fi was very poor.

The breakfast was free for vegetarians, offering excellent value for money. the staff was extremely friendly. the rooms had a romantic ambiance and included a shower, a hair dryer, and a bidet. the hotel's location was convenient, being a short walk to shopping malls, restaurants, and nightlife in Kuta. It was also only about a 10-minute walk from Kuta Beach.

The room was well-appointed and beautifully maintained with a garden view. The breakfast options were suitable for vegetarians.- The resort is in an excellent and unbeatable location in Kuta, next to the beach, Lippo Mall, and Nusa Penida.

The hotel is conveniently located right on the beachfront. It is a short walk to convenience stores, airport, malls, and waterbom.3. The resort is close to Indian vegetarian restaurants and a temple.4. Guests can easily access attractions like terraced rice paddies, coffee plantations, a volcano, Ubud, and the monkey sanctuary.

Room is spacious and the bed is huge.Got balcony to dry swimming costumes. Service is good.

Swimming pool is not fun for kids and look rundown. I booked the driver thru' the hotel travel agency and he turned out to be not honest. We have agreed that the fees to be paid to be usd52 for ten hours. However, when we reached the airport, we gave him usd60, he told us he got no change. We don't mind ruipah but he said he don't have. So in the end, we have no choice but to give him the usd60. If he did not moneys with him, how he manage to eat his lunch then? We understand we have to give him tips but it should be he returned the change to us and then we give what we think is appropriate for his service level.We cannot argue with him as we have a plane to catch. So pls tell the hotel travel driver that it is not right to claim no change.
